Awana Commander
commander's greeting
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is truly been a joy serving in the Awana minstry. Awana has been an integral part of my family and my desire is for your family to come together in Christ and experience what God has prepared for you and your child through this ministry.
I remember my years as a clubber as if it were just yesterday. It was such a joy seeing friends each week singing praises, memorizing Bible verses, and sharing how God was working in our lives. We also looked forward to Game Time, when competition was at its peak. The prizes and awards kept me doing my best every week.
Years later, as a mother raising five children, I wanted my children to experience the fun and excitement of learning God’s Word just as I had. My children started attending Awana. The most exciting thing for me was that my children were memorizing Bible verses that I have kept in my heart since my childhood. It was clearly evident that God was working to mold them. The pure excitement on their faces when they memorized long verses, earned shares, won prizes at the Awana Market, and then seeing their accomplishments at Awards Nights are precious memories I cherish with my children.
God has built up the best team of workers, a supportive staff of elders and deacons. We also have incredible leaders who are also former Awana clubbers who are now giving back. They have been well trained to work with the children as Awana leaders. Their excitement, energy, and love for God and His children are highly contagious! I’m happy to say that your children are surely in good hands. My prayer is that your children will know and love the Lord with all their hearts all the while having fun in an organized, disciplined environment!
It is truly a blessing working with your precious children. As partners in raising kingdom workers I look forward to working with you. Thank you so much for entrusting your children in our ministry. Please support us by ceaselessly praying that God will do amazing things in our Awana Clubs.
